Terms and Conditions at the Rushton Hall Hotel & Spa, Northamptonshire

General

Please read carefully these terms and conditions set out prior to using any services at Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa, including but not limited to bookings for the spa, hotel or restaurants. By making a booking, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.

Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa will not be liable to the customer if for any reason, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god or government intervention, Rushton Hall cannot fulfil the booking.

Booking and Cancellations Policy 

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £100 per bedroom per night is required at the time of booking. When booking one of our lodges, A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £300 per lodge per night is required at the time of booking. If a bedroom booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, total costs are applicable including dinner and spa treatments.

Any prepayments or packages including dinner or spa treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The full balance of any reservations will be required on arrival to the hotel at check-in. Different terms and conditions may be applicable for group bookings and special events.

Please note cancellations must be made in writing and cannot be accepted via telephone. All deposits and full prepayments that have been made are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

A security deposit of £100 per room per night is required at check-in for any prepaid reservations, including those that have booked via a third party booking agent such as booking.com etc.

You must be aged 18 or over in order to book and stay in our hotel on your own.  Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Rushton Hall’s Right to Cancel

Rushton Hall may cancel your reservation at any time with immediate effect by giving you written notice (which will include email). In such event, we will contact as soon as possible and if you have made any payments, we will refund you. Rushton Hall is not liable for any compensation to the guests in the event of any cancellation, whether that be for accommodation, dining or spa.

Bedroom Information

Some of our Luxury, State and four poster rooms can accommodate 2 guests plus 2 additional beds or cots. Please contact us before your stay to arrange additional beds as these are subject to availability.

Extra beds are charged at £30 per child (under 16 years of age), £50 per person (aged over 16 years of age) and baby cots are charged at £10 per cot.

Guaranteed check-in is from 3pm on your arrival and rooms must be vacated before 11am on your departure date. Early check-in may be available from 1pm for a fee of £30.00 per room. Late check-out of up to 1pm may also be available on your departure date for an additional fee of £30.00. Request must be made in writing and must have written approval from reception.  Early check-in or Late check-out is subject to availability. Any rooms which do not have written approval for a late check out will be subject to a one night accommodation charge. Please note guests who have written approval but leave after 1pm will also be subject to a one night accommodation charge.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the room allocation of your choice this cannot be guaranteed and we may re-allocate your reservation to a room of an equal or higher standard. Any special requests are subject to availability.

Dining

Breakfast is served between 7am and 10am each day.

We recommend that any dinner reservations are made in advance as we cannot guarantee availability on the day of your stay. Please note the Tresham Fine Dining restaurant will need to be pre-booked at least 24 hours before the intended reservation.

Spa

Guests are able to use the Spa facilities after 3:00pm on the day of check-in and before 11:00am on the day of check out. Use of the spa before or after those times will incur a £30 per person guest fee for 3 hour access, which must be pre-agreed with the spa.

Swimming times for children under 17 years of age are 08:30 – 10:00 and 16:30-18:00 every day.

We strongly recommend that spa treatments bookings are made at the time of booking your bedroom to avoid disappointment.  Treatments can be booked online.

Smoking Policy

Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa operates a strict NO SMOKING policy. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited on the premises including but not limited to Hotel Rooms, Public areas and Conference and Events spaces, except in any designated outdoor smoking area(s).

Failure to comply with the policy shall entitle us to terminate your booking and stay at Rushton Hall. You must leave the site immediately without compensation or reimbursement. You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage to the hotel room, premises or property, incurred by you and/or your guests or third party, arising from failure to comply with this policy.

Room Key Policy

All guests of Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa are issued with a key to access their room. This includes the key and leather fob. By checking-in and accepting the key(s) to your room or rooms, you or your guests are taking responsibility for the key(s) and accept this as property of Rushton Hall Hotel. If the key(s) for any room(s) is misplaced, lost or not returned upon departure the guest will be liable for the £50 replacement key charge.

Complaints and Issues during your stay

Please note that Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa will not offer refunds following a stay for any issues or complaints made retrospectively. We ask guests to inform Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa immediately if something is not right so that we can take proactive steps to rectify the issue. Management will only extend a discount to a stay if this cannot be achieved. We regret that complaints made upon check-out or after departure will be treated as feedback and no monetary refund or discount will be offered if you as the guest have not taken reasonable steps to inform us of any dissatisfactions whilst the stay is taking place.

Notice

In the event of any dispute arising out of the interpretation of these Terms the decision of the Company shall be final.
