Should your team wish to break out from our meeting rooms, Kettering boasts 25 acres of manicured grounds within the hotel, complete with lake and ancient trees. Aside from being an inspirational walk, many like to utilise the space for team building activities, too.

Meeting Room Features

All of our meeting rooms in Rushton are equipped with Wi-Fi, telephones, and socket points and have the capacity for between 16 and 300 people dependent on your chosen room.

This means that whether you require facilities for a small, boardroom style meeting; or a large seminar or conference, we are able to comfortably accommodate these events for you.


As well as room hire, each of our conference packages include the following, as standard:

  • Tea and Coffee on arrival.
  • Morning break refreshments.
  • 2 Course Buffet Lunch or Working Sandwich Lunch.
  • Afternoon Break refreshments, including Chef’s selection of freshly baked cakes.
  • The option of additional pastries, bacon rolls and fruit as necessary.
