Hotel spa guest information
Hotel Guests are welcome to use all the facilities at the Stableyard Spa, from 3pm on day of check-in and until 11am on day of check-out.
A towel will be provided for you at the Spa, along with a locker key if required.
Each guest must sign a disclaimer before using the Fitness Suite. This can be done at the Spa Reception on arrival and our team will be on-hand to answer any questions you may have.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the Spa and we operate limited children’s hours for the swimming pool.
These are 8.30am – 10.00am and 4.30pm – 18.00pm every day.
Babies are required to wear suitable swimming nappies that can be purchased at the Spa, along with arm bands and goggles.
All adults must wear a swimming costume/shorts.
Our luxurious spa offers a whole host of treatments to suit whatever relaxation you require.
All treatments are carried out subject to completion of a medical consultation, which you will be required to complete on arrival. If you have any medical conditions there may be restrictions on the treatments available to you. If any treatment is found to be unsuitable, a qualified therapist will recommend, where possible, an alternative treatment, subject to availability.
If you request a particular therapist we endeavour to deliver but this is not always possible.
Please arrive at the Spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Should you arrive late, your treatment will end at the appointed time and full payment will be required.
Please be aware that none of our treatments are suitable during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Certain treatments can be performed after the first 3 months of pregnancy, please ask when booking.
The minimum age for body treatments, facials & waxing is 17 years old.
Manicures & Pedicures can be carried out on clients below the age of 17 years with parental or guardian consent.
Please note full payment is required at time of booking. This payment is non-refundable. However, you may move your treatment/ spa day before 48-hours before your visit. Cancellations or date changes are not permitted within a 48-hour window of your booking.
