Swimming pool – 14m x 7m heated deck-level swimming pool with a constant depth of 1.2m.
2.5m indoor spa
2.5m outdoor spa

Fitness Suite
Includes the latest Cybex Cardiovascular equipment with individual television screens. Resistance machines, free weights and mats are also available, and our latest addition, the Power Plate!

Our fitness consultants will be happy to advise and guide members and residents on using the machines and how to get the best results from your exercise routine.

Additional one to one personal training can be purchased.

Body Balance 5.45pm to 6.45pm
Tuesday Body Balance 11am to 12pm
Taster Cycle & Fab Abs 5.45pm to 6.15pm
Circuits 6.30pm to 7.15pm

Thursday
Taster Cycle & Fab Abs 1.15pm to 1.45pm
Indoor Cycling 6pm to 6.30pm
Body Conditioning 6.45pm to 7.30pm

Treatment Rooms
Luxury rooms to provide you with complete rest and relaxation.

All weather outdoor tennis court This must be booked in advance at the Spa reception.

Changing rooms
Fitted out to a high standard with individual lockers, hair dryer stations, costume spinners and individual shower cubicles. Limited private changing cubicles are available in both the ladies and gents changing rooms.
