Booking Terms and Conditions

Rushton Hall Hotel & Spa requires a £50 per bedroom per night deposit in order to confirm a booking this is a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

If the bedroom is cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date total costs are applicable including dinner and spa treatments.

Any pre-paid bedrooms or packages including dinner and spa treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Your receipt will be available to collect on arrival or can be posted to you prior to arrival.

A credit or debit card will be required for pre-authorisation on check in at the hotel.

Please note cancellations must be made in writing and cannot be accepted via telephone. All deposits and full pre payments that have been made are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

We strongly recommend that dinner reservations are made in advance, residents without table bookings are not guaranteed to be able to dine in the restaurant. Dinner Bed and Breakfast packages are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable

Please note no wedding attire or wedding photographs are accepted at Rushton Hall hotel unless you have booked your wedding at the hotel.

May I take this opportunity to inform you that check in is from 3pm and we request that bedrooms are vacated by 11am on the day you are checking out of the hotel.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the room allocation of your choice this cannot be guaranteed and we may re-allocate your reservation to a room of an equal or higher standard.

Guests are able to use the Spa facilities from 3pm on day of check-in, until 11am on day of check out. Swimming times for children under 17 years of age are 09.00 – 10.30 and 16.00 – 17.30 every day.
