Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Check in is from 3.00pm on day of arrival and rooms must be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure.
Spa facilities can be used by guests from 3.00pm on day of arrival until 11.00am on day of departure.
All bedrooms and hotel rooms are non smoking. Failure to follow this may incur additional nights stay costs should the room not be suitable for resale. Further action may be taken against any guest smoking in a room.
Deposits for bedrooms are non refundable and non transferable.
Bedrooms and Spa treatments cancelled within 48 hours of the date of the arrival are subject to a full cancellation charge.
All damage made to any of Rushton Hall's property by a customer or his/her guests must be fully paid for.
We regret only food and drinks purchased at Rushton Hall can be consumed in the Hotel or its grounds.
